Jamie has over 20 years' creative leadership experience specialising in digital media and innovation. Used to building and working with multi disciplinary teams, Jamie understands how to turn highly complex projects into simple and engaging storytelling for a multitude of audiences. 

Michelle is a multi-award winning executive and producer specialising in narrative storytelling, technical innovation and audience experience. She has produced immersive and digital experiences across all creative industries.

Stephen works with the digital teams to define and deliver our technology roadmap, and sets the direction for our future looking R&D efforts.

Ruth has spent the last 25 years planning and managing award winning creative projects. She specialises in planning projects that use new technologies to tell compelling immersive stories.

James is a multi-award winning Executive Producer, Controller and Channel Director who has created a number of long-running TV formats, including Loose Women for ITV. During his four years as Director of Sky Arts, the channel’s audience grew ten-fold.

Chris defines and delivers the commercial and operational solutions for Factory 42 to continue growing as a business. He has spent the last decade working for educational and scientific technology startups and early stage companies.
